One of our agency client projects was being delivered onto an existing IT infrastructure supplied by the client. When they tried to deploy the application, they found that it could not handle the extra capacity on their existing systems and had no funds available to expand the infrastructure. They were preparing to cancel the entire project which included £30k of ongoing work for the agency. We worked with them and their end client to come up with a solution. With a few minor tweaks to their internal IT systems, and some changes to the system, we got the project deployed and live. The client was delighted and the agency now has the ongoing work.
 
 
We worked with an agency that was supporting 3 different CMS’s and numerous PHP/ASP/HTML solutions and moved all their sites to one platform. This saves them thousands of pounds every month in reduced support and maintenance costs while enabling them to take on additional work without the need to increase staff. They have gained enormously from being able not only to use a single process for every site, but also by being able to add advanced marketing features to all their sites bringing in additional sales from existing clients.
 
 
We’ll look after your interests by uncovering any issues before contracts are signed. Recently we came across a single line in a 50 page document that read "feed sales into accounting system". The agency hadn’t picked up on it. When we highlighted it to the agency and gave them the questions to ask the client, it turned out that the client expected full integration with an antiquated accounting system. We calculated that the work for this component would be 3 times the work of every other part of the system. The agency went back to the client and was able to justify why the project was much bigger than previously expected. The client understood and agreed to proceed.
 
We work across different languages, time zones and cultures as part of our everyday activity. We have rescued numerous half finished projects that stalled as a result of misunderstandings between the parties involved. We were able to use our global resources to help get the projects back on track. Working in a global environment on a day-to-day basis meant that we know what problems can develop, so we help you avoid them should they arise.
 
One of our clients delivered a £25k project, which nearly broke them because they were all tied up for 3 months on this and couldn’t do any business development or usual work. We have recently delivered a project worth £125k and this has involved three of their resources part time.
